Do I need an appointment?

The Agape Clinic now operates by appointment Monday through Friday. Medical appointments are generally booked three months out, so please call 972-707-7782 in advance to schedule an appointment.

Saturday and Evening clinics are scheduled based on provider availability. Please call for a current schedule of evening clinics and specialty offerings.

Do you take walk-ins?

The clinic accepts walk-ins for general medical appointments. Specialty medical visits are by appointment only. We cannot guarantee that walk-ins will be seen the day they come in. For the best chance of being seen, please arrive at the clinic by 7:00 a.m. We try to begin seeing walk-ins at 7:30. If we are not able to see you, you may be asked to return another day. If you have a medical emergency, you will be sent to the emergency room for care.

Where is the clinic located?

4104 Junius Street, Dallas, Texas 75246, on the corner of Junius & Haskell, across the street from Grace United Methodist Church.

Where should I park?

You can park in the parking lot of Grace United Methodist Church or along the street near the clinic on Junius.  Additional parking can be found at East Dallas Christian Church at Junius/Peak.

Do not park at the entrance of the gates prior to the clinic opening. The clinic lot is closed due to security.

When is the clinic open?

Monday - Friday: 7:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m.

Saturday and Evening clinics are scheduled based on provider availability. Please call for a current schedule of evening clinics and specialty offerings.

The Clinic is closed on the following holidays:

New Year's Day, Good Friday, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, and Christmas Day.

Who is eligible to be seen at the clinic?

Agape Clinic welcomes anyone and everyone. We welcome anyone needing medical help, regardless of their ability to pay. There are no restrictions.

Do I have to pay?

Agape Clinic is a charity medical clinic and relies solely on donations to fund our operations. We do not charge for services, and we do not accept insurance. We do ask patients who are able to make a donation to offset some of our costs. We recommend a donation of $50.00 for appointments.

We will not turn anyone away because of an inability to pay.

We have translators available who speak Spanish. We have other languages available on a limited basis. If you need a translator, please feel free to bring one with you.

How long should I expect my visit to take?

If you have an appointment, you should plan for 30 minutes to 1 hour, though that is a goal and does not always happen. If you are a walk-in, wait times may be lengthy. Please arrive at the clinic by 7 a.m. to increase the chance you will be seen.

Should I bring anything to my visit?

Name, birth date, and current medications. If you are able, we ask for a voluntary donation of $50.00

I've called, but no one answers the phone. Why?

We are a nonprofit clinic and, therefore, very busy. If you leave your name and number in our voicemail box, we will return the call as soon as possible. Because we have a high volume of calls, we are only able to return the call once. Please do not leave more than one message. We listen to all messages before beginning scheduling, so multiple messages mean it will take us longer to reach you.

Why are other patients being seen before me when I was here before them?

We try our best to see all patients in a timely manner. Emergencies and appointments have priority. We will try to see you as soon as possible.
